Measure your finger
- Wrap a narrow strip of non-stretch paper around the base of the finger, without pulling it tight.
- Mark where the ends meet, then measure that length in millimeters (mm).
- Compare the result with the finger-circumference column. Measure again at a different time of day if your hands are warm or swollen.
Measure a ring you already own
Place a well-fitting ring on a flat surface and measure straight across the widest inside edges. Do not include the metal band. Compare that inside diameter in mm with the chart.
Adjustable rings: Open rings allow only a small, gentle adjustment. Avoid repeated bending or forcing the band, which may weaken the metal or affect the finish.
Understand chain length and drop.

- If using paper or string, mark the overlap and measure it against a ruler.
