If something arrives differently than expected, we want the next step to feel clear and calm.

• Unworn pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items should be returned with original packaging, tags, seals, and order details.
• Earrings are eligible for change-of-mind returns only while the hygiene seal or pouch remains intact.
• Final sale, personalized, and visibly worn pieces may not be eligible for return.

Keep sterling silver jewelry dry and put it on after skincare, perfume, and lotions have dried. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear.
