Processing time
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
Estimated delivery
- United States: 7–12 business days after dispatch; approximately 8–15 business days including processing.
- Europe: 8–15 business days after dispatch; approximately 9–18 business days including processing.
- Other international destinations: usually 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and service shown at checkout.
These estimates may be extended by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or remote-area delivery.
Shipping rates
Complimentary standard shipping is available on United States orders of $69 or more. Other rates and available services are shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to begin updating.
